The frozen cranberries, initial sorting are processed from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). The light cleaning is done to eliminate most of the leaves and stems. The fruits are then frozen. The cranberries are sorted to remove most of uncoloured fruits and foreign materials. The cranberries are free from GMO. No preservatives, flavour or colour is added.
