Update regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our operations
Villeroy, QC, March 24, 2020 – As you know, maintaining the food chain is essential for people to sustain themselves and we are fully aware of the crucial role that we play in this context.
Cranberries, which we produce with such pride, are mentioned by most nutritionists in various lists of essential foods that everyone should have in their pantry. We distribute this essential product across Canada and around the world and we are in fact seeing increased demand from our customers presently.
In this context, as Prime Minister Legault has said on several occasions, we have a collective duty to stick together and continue to provide Quebecers and Canadians with the products they need throughout this crisis. We believe that not only is it our responsibility to continue to feed people, but also our obligation.
Of course, the current environment demands that exceptional measures be taken to ensure the health and safety of all. The well-being of our employees is part of our values and that is why we have put in place a number of rigorous measures and standards in order to continue our operations, in accordance with public health directives. These measures may need to evolve depending on the situation.
Cranberries and blueberries are not considered luxury products, but rather a basic ingredient that is used in the production of hundreds of products in grocery stores: cranberry juices and cocktails, dried fruit and nut mixtures, granola bars, salads and salad mixes, cookies, cereals, jams, dietary supplements, yogurt, etc.
Consumers are counting on us to provide this essential service. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our employees and partners who will continue to proudly feed the population in this time of crisis.

It’s the simple everyday things that make our berries so tender, tasty, healthy and give them the perfect texture. Each parcel of land we farm with care and respect. Each extra day we wait to ensure crops are harvested at peak ripeness. Each minute saved between field and freezer. Each berry perfectly preserved. Each unwanted substance detected and eliminated. And each delicious bite our customers enjoy.
