As an organic frozen cranberry supplier, we prepare our “Field run” cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon) from healthy and mature berries. Before being frozen, a light cleaning is done on the fruits to eliminate most of the leaves and stems. The product requires further cleaning/processing. The cranberries are free from GMO.
